Huizhou Tatt Shing Midori Membrane Switch Factory is our main production plant in Guangdong. The 20,000-square-meter land includeds a modern office building, two production buildings and five dormitories. To advance our product quality while maximizing our production capacity, we have further invested in clean rooms. These rooms include a 1,500-square-meter 100K class and a  400 square-meter 10K class,with an In-mold Decoration (IMD) production facility. Other production equipment include over 40 sets of semi-automatic silk-screen printers; more than 10 sets of IR and UV tunnel drying system; over 60 sets of automatic and semi-automatic presses; a Heidelberg off-set printer; a CNC tooling machine; CNC tooling hole punching machine; injection molding machines; an IMD high-pressure forming machine; heat pressing machines; and laser cutting machines. Our inspection equipment include a PCB high / low voltages testing system; key endurance testers, key force testers, thickness testers, an environmental chamber, a spectrophotometer, a profile projector, a luminance colormeter, etc. With these advanced testing and production equipment, our production capacity is estimated to be 15 million pieces per month.
